In 2017, Wiegers Financial & Benefits approached the team at William Joseph Communications to develop a new, captivating brand that represented the organization as well as the goal of helping clients understand their financial planning options in order to make the right choices and get the most out of life’s possibilities. The team at WJ examined all facets of Wiegers as related to marketing and communications, including reviewing existing marketing, performing a marketing audit, and compiling and drawing insights from additional research. With a thorough understanding of the company, the fun began with the creation of a new brand.
This comprehensive brand led the direction for the marketing strategy and tactical plan moving forward. They created a compelling marketing strategy as well as a new website design for Wiegers to attract prospective clients as well as differentiate and mobilize the brand.
As Wiegers continues to work with WJ to execute our strategic marketing plan, our organization has come to know of the company’s commitment to its community, and they have become the ideal partners for Care for Kids by Wiegers. 2018, William Joseph agreed to work alongside us to provide support for children-focused strategies through the Care for Kids by Wiegers fundraising event, from which all proceeds would go to support the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital. Using their strategic approach to identify key objectives and audiences for the event, they sought to create an event strategy that would be both engaging and would evoke action within attendees, while appealing to the imaginations of the children inside all of us. From this, they developed the visual representation of the theme “Alice in Funderland”. William Joseph also developed all subsequent marketing materials, including the logo design, key messages, sponsorship package, website updates and social media graphics, to support the event.
As a local company with a passion for the communities we serve, working with a valued partner such as William Joseph on this incredible initiative was a no-brainer for us. We are proud to have them be a part of Wiegers Care for Kids and are excited to see the changes we can make together.
